The Marriage of Food & Wine

Our bi-annual student showcase, the Marriage of Food and Wine is an opportunity for our students in our full-time Culinary Arts program to illustrate their skills and talents to the public, as part of their final exam. It’s one of the best ways our employers to meet, connect, and observe the skills of our students. The showcase happens every March and November. Room 4 Dessert

Our annual showcase for our pastry arts students, Room 4 Dessert, is a delicious test period for employers in the field to sample the creations from our students in the full-time program. Students plan, budget, create and execute a combination of sweet and savoury items to present to the public. The showcase happens every April. It is also their final exam for the year.
