Biography

Sarah joined George Brown College in the winter of 2018. She has taught Management Decision Making and Financial Analysis. Sarah brings a unique learning experience to the classroom, drawing from her experience with entrepreneurs and small business owners over the last 10 years while working at Futurpreneur Canada. In recognition of her contributions to Canadian small businesses, Sarah was named a Change Agent 2016 by the Canadian Business Magazine and a Canadian Arab to Watch by the Canadian Arab Institute in 2017. Today Sarah is the Managing Director of Music Canada Cares, a start-up not-for-profit organization advancing music education. She’s a former DiverseCity Fellow and an Alumni of the Governor General’s Canadian Leadership Conference.
