Biography

Micheline LaForme is a business-oriented, entrepreneurial human resources professional with over 15 years’ experience in a variety of challenging business environments. She teaches at George Brown College, Humber and Ryerson in the area of human resources and consults to companies in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors, including start-ups and well-established companies, across a variety of industries. Micheline successfully partners with senior teams, CEOs and employees to create innovative strategies to build, grow and evolve many types of business, including education, entertainment, telecommunications, health care and consulting.
