Biography

James is an executive leadership coach and a professor of Management at George Brown College. He has a Master of Arts in Leadership and a deep understanding of organizational systems, organizational change management, and personal transformational change in this ever-changing business environment.

James has held numerous senior management positions in corporations as well as been involved in entrepreneurial start ups. He brings both real world and theoretical knowledge to the classroom.

An innovator in cultivating educational environments, James has piloted many projects aimed at increasing student engagement and building engaging environments that foster student learning. He has a thirst for continually improving the student learning experience through the practice of experiential learning and integrating technology to aid in learning.

James has extensive background in leadership coaching for individuals and teams. He has the innate talent of helping leaders/students reach their full potential.
