Biography

A human resources professional with hands-on HR management experience in both in for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, Jackie Muhangi has provided consultancy services in the areas of needs analysis, instructional design, organizational structure development and job design, and has facilitated on a wide range of training programs geared toward increasing individual and organizational performance. Jackie is an energetic and passionate facilitator who inspires her learners to reach their potential, face their challenges and embrace what the future holds for them. With a keen interest in and passion for performance improvement both at the individual and organizational levels, Jackie’s expertise is in creating a learning environment that empowers and inspires her students to freely open up, share their knowledge, skills and experience and learn from one another in the process.
