career has taken three streams; Communications, Hospitality/Tourism Management
and Higher Education. Through these
streams Carol has demonstrated strong leadership attributes; an appreciation
for evolution (organizational and technological change), very relatable;
whether communicating with colleagues, business partners or students. Carol has been teaching at George Brown
College for the past four years. She has been teaching since 2010 at
Humber, George Brown, Seneca, and Georgian College. Carol delivered Business Courses
in the Degree, Diploma and Advanced Diploma Programs.
As a professor, Carol
believed that all students, given the right supportive learning environment,
can achieve the highest level of education they so desire. College students are
already half full in their respective reservoir of knowledge. As a Business Industry expert, Carol will add
to that reservoir some of the most important skills; critical thinking, problem
solving, and great team spirit. Carol
consistently aim at creating a positive, engaging and learner-centric
atmosphere for all students.
