Recent retention research at George Brown College has shown that students are dealing with many complex social, economic, and emotional issues, some of which can be really impacted by a sense of support and connection at the college. Faculty and the classroom environment can play a key role in creating these opportunities for students, and there are some practical things you can do to facilitate this.
