Join the Coordinator Student Life Volunteer & Engagement Initiatives for in-person volunteerism training sessions. He will be discussing what the Student Volunteer Squad is at George Brown College, and you will learn about how you can get involved by giving back to the community, and understanding what your rights and responsibilities are when you are in a volunteer role.
This leadership program helps you develop your soft skills, get connected with the community, and also includes training where you'll learn about the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), and learn about Anti-Racism strategies, amongst others.
