George Brown provides employees with access to a variety of digital workplace technologies that enable you to access the data, tools, and systems you need to perform your job efficiently, and collaborate effectively with other employees.
How to log in
You can access many of the tools listed below from anywhere on the George Brown website by using the Quick Links menu in the black bar at the top of your screen. From here, you will be taken directly to the log in page for services such as your email, Blackboard, Stu-View and Office365.
Apps & Office Software
AppsAnywhere is a free service that allows George Brown students and employees to access software on-demand, anytime, from anywhere.

Office 365 is a cloud-based service that provides Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) along with collaboration apps and services like SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
Outlook - College Email
Every employee has access to a college email through Outlook.
Microsoft Teams brings together everything a team needs: chat and threaded conversations, meetings & video conferencing, calling, and content collaboration with Microsoft 365 applications.
Cornerstone is George Brown's professional development portal: view job postings and register for events and PD workshops.
LinkedIn Learning offers training on software, technology, business and creative skills with thousands of current, high-quality pre-recorded videos.
Concur is the college’s expense management, travel and invoice management software.
Millenium - FAST (Financial Administration Support Tool) is a Banner-integrated app for forecasting, budget and financial reporting.
Employee Self Service
The Professional development portal: view job postings, register for events and professional development workshops.
A searchable directory of George Brown employees’ coordinates.
Self-Publishing System (SPS)
The SPS is an online library of George Brown digital assets, including images & logos.
STU-VIEW is an employee self-service portal for leave reports, employee timesheets and tax information. It is also used by students.
Blackboard is the Learning Management System at George Brown College. Faculty can use the software to post course outlines, communicate with students, post and receive assignments, quizzes, grades as well as many other interactive online features
COMMS (Course Outline Mapping and Management System) delivers course outlines, course outline management and integrated curriculum mapping.
Student Feedback Questionnaire (SFQ)
The Student Feedback Questionnaire is designed to improve teaching and learning and contribute to an excellent George Brown student experience.
George Brown Faculty can access the SFQ reports after the semester is over. When ready, links to reports will be sent to faculty directly.
