If you are a full time or Apprentice student, and registered in the final semester of your program, and meet all other eligibility requirements, you will be graduated automatically by the College.

Continuing Education students should request a certificate at Continuing Education Certificate Request Form to apply to graduate.

Who Should Use this Application

  • Part-time, post-secondary students
  • Full-time, post-secondary students who are registered in a different semester other than the final semester of their program

Important Information

To graduate, you must meet all graduation requirements.
If unsure of your graduation status or eligibility, contact your Academic Division.
The name printed on your credential is the name displayed on your STU-VIEW account. If there are any discrepancies, please go to the Student Service Centre with the required documents for assistance.
Credentials will be mailed to your current address on STU-VIEW. If needed, please update your address on STU-VIEW.

Applications for Convocation 2019 will be accepted until May 14, 2019.
