The following programs enable you to work towards the designation: Business - Human Resources (B134) Business Administration - Human Resources (B144) Business Administration - Human Resources (with work experience) (B154) Human Resources Management (B408) The Institute for Performance and Learning (I4PL) While completing our programs, students of the School of Human Resources may pursue a Training and Development Stream of study. Upon successful completion of the Training and Development Stream, students are eligible for a credit of one year toward the work experience requirement of the Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) designation offered through the Institute for Performance and Learning. The Canadian Payroll Association (CPA) The CPA is the only association in Canada offering payroll certifications including the Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) and the Certified Payroll Manager (CPM). George Brown College has been recognized by the CPA as a provider of courses that are valid equivalents of PCP/CPM academic requirements. Students interested in gaining additional knowledge and practical experience in the area of Payroll Administration may pursue the Payroll Practitioner Stream (PPS) of study.
