Biography

Sharon Hodder is an experienced veteran of the banking and telecom industries, where she had a successful and varied career that included assignments the areas of marketing, market analysis, marketing research, new service development and launch, channel management and project management.  Her roles have often involved innovation and change, particularly as it relates to technological advancements and the broad transformations that can represent.  Sharon is a strong communicator and analytical thinker who is known for her ability to collaborate across disciplines to forge a holistic and robust roadmap to address the strategic opportunities and challenges facing an organization.  Sharon has led many large, complex programs from their early formulative stages through to approval, execution, and implementation.  She has frequently led large teams consisting of business, I.T., operational professionals and excels at coaching teams and individuals to success.
