Huskies badminton was dominant this weekend at the Centennial Invitational, sweeping the podium.

With the regional championship inching closer, George Brown badminton put together an incredible, gold medal sweeping performance at the Centennial Invitational this weekend.

The Huskies earned wins in each of the tournaments five divisions, a great sign for Canada’s fourth-ranked team as February approaches.

Ace Zeng continued his memorable rookie season, winning yet another men’s singles title. At this point in the season, Zeng has not only established himself as the province’s best rookie, he may well be the OCAA’s best men’s player.

Yunji Kim earned gold medals in both women’s singles and mixed doubles play, while Alex Chao did the same in men’s doubles and mixed doubles play. Yang Jin, Angeling Alviar and Anh Hoang all earned podium trips as well.
