“The experiences I have enjoyed during my externship in Italy have ignited an entrepreneurial drive within me, a drive that will one day enable me to open up my own restaurant and enhance the skills I have developed while working with a two star Michelin Chef, Massimo Montarro at Principe Cerami in Sicily.”

“One of the most important entrepreneurial learning lessons I gained from my co-op experience in China is the importance of relationships. I heard time and time again how significant making contacts and relationship management is in China. I even saw it firsthand. Meetings are often held over dinner with drinks. On one particular occasion, while having dinner with my company and a sister company, one of the owners told me that in China, first you make friends then you do business.”
