Students in culinary arts and hospitality and tourism management can travel abroad, learn from global industry leaders and grow their job skills as well as life experience.


ALMA Cooking School in Parma, Italy (Culinary Arts Italian (Post-graduate) - H411):

  • Available to students pursuing a culinary diploma at the George Brown College Chef School
  • Learn the secrets to bold, vibrant modern Italian cuisine while experiencing local culture and customs
  • Participate in an externship in a local restaurant

Panama Work Externship Program:

  • Available to students pursuing a culinary diploma or a hospitality management degree
  • Work in leading resorts and hotels
Facilitated by partnerships with Bern Hotels and Resorts and the Panama International Hotel School.
