RAE POSTSECONDARY REVIEW

The post-secondary review was announced by the government in Budget 2004 to review the design and funding of Ontario's post-secondary education system and recommend innovative ways in which our institutions can provide the best education to students and support Ontario's prosperity.

The Hon. Bob Rae is leading the seven member advisory panel which includes the Hon. Bill Davis and former Centennial College President, Richard Johnston. The findings of the Panel will be submitted to the government in January 2005.

The Rae Review panel, headed by former Ontario premier Bob Rae, will hold the Toronto Central Town Hall meeting this Wednesday, December 8 at University of Toronto. The review will hear submissions and questions from the general public but we would like to encourage the George Brown College community to attend this important meeting.
