Full Time Program Clinical Pre-Placement Health Requirements

Mask Fit Test Certificate

The mask fit test is only applicable for students registered in the School of Dental Health & School of Nursing programs.

ParaMed will do the mask fit test for you at your scheduled appointment. Please do not eat, drink, or chew gum at least 20 minutes before your test and you must be clean shaven. If you missed your appointment with ParaMed, please re-schedule an appointment on their website at www.georgebrownhealth.ca (No walk-in visit allowed).

Please do not go or book any appointment at St. Michael’s Hospital unless ParaMed referred you to have it done there. ParaMed will provide you the St. Michael’s Hospital Student’s N95 Respirator Medical Questionnaire Form . A mask fit test fee will apply and it is the responsibility of the student.
