Brad Goreski turned a love of fashion and his college theatre arts training into a successful career as a celebrity fashion stylist and television personality. A host of the hit show Fashion Police, Goreski also dresses stars like Demi Moore, Christina Ricci and Jessica Alba for special events and red carpets. Goreski also starred in the fashion reality shows The Rachel Zoe Project and his own It's a Brad, Brad World. He is the author of the 2012 memoir Born to Be Brad: My Life and Style, So Far, and is the official Brand Stylist for Kate Spade New York.
After college, Goreski realized that although he loved performing and entertaining he didn't have the drive to succeed as a serious actor. “Part of me was disappointed in myself. I felt that I'd worked so hard for nothing.” It came full circle, however, when Goreski found his niche in the fashion world and his theatre training proved to be a critical element of his success.

Initially enrolled at York University, Cecchetto switched to the George Brown College theatre program for its practical, hands-on training, which included all facets of acting and theatre production. Cecchetto was fascinated by how the technical aspects ultimately supported the performance through lighting, sound, décor, costume and music. Looking back, she realizes her future as an event producer was already beginning to take shape. And while she didn't appreciate it at the time, she recalls one professor’s assessment, who remarked, 'Cheryl is a fine actress, but she's a brilliant producer'. “I think that was incredible insight. But of course, that's not what I wanted to hear at the time.”
Cecchetto says she still uses all aspects of her college training in her work. “It's all perfect. Of course, I use my acting skills in my speaking engagements, but everything I studied – musical theatre, set design, costumes, staging – it's all completely synergistic to my work as a producer.”
Cecchetto also credits George Brown’s demanding curriculum for a strong work ethic that has been essential in building her career. “I look back with great appreciation how George Brown made me roll up my sleeves.”
