Industry & Community

What’s is the best way to train to become a hospitality management professional? It’s a combination of study and industry exposure. At The George Brown College Centre for Hospitality and Tourism Management, you will have access to an established network of industry professionals. They will help you learn, both in class and during practice, what you need to excel in hospitality management.

Learn from industry experts

Whatever your area of interest – hotel and restaurant management, hospitality and tourism, food and beverage management or event planning – you’ll have an expert to guide you in your training. Our network of industry professionals includes leaders, influencers and visionaries. They provide input on course design, student mentorships and externships based on their unique knowledge of the industry. Both students and industry professionals benefit from our vibrant industry network because:

  • Students learn vital skills as they train and connect with mentors that can help them shape their careers when they begin working.
  • Industry professionals help to shape program design and meet prospective employees who are highly trained and job ready.
