Program Comparison Help

Decision-making made easy! This tool gives you a breakdown of individual programs offered at George Brown College and how they differ from other programs you’re interested in. Use this tool to select up to 10 programs to compare, helping you make the right choice for the career you want.
Instructions:

1. Under Program Comparison, click Add a New Program

2. Search for one of the programs you’re interested in (either alphabetically, by interest or by job)

3. Click on the title of the program in the menu

4. Click Add to Comparison

5. Continue searching for programs using steps 2-4

6. When you’re done, clicking Program Comparison will give you a preview of the programs and the option to delete, add or clear all

7. Open Program Compare for more details and an easy-to-read comparison of the programs you’ve selected

How to Support George Brown

ONLINE DONATION
Making a donation online is a fast, easy and secure way to give a one-time or monthly gift. You may choose to support the fund of your choice or give to the College’s area of greatest need.

  • BUY AN E-CARD 
    Make a gift in someone’s name by purchasing an e-card in support of GBC CPO Emergency Assistance Fund, ensuring students in financial need have access to emergency funds when they need them.
  • HOST YOUR OWN CAMPAIGN” 
    Raise money for a student bursary at GBC, or support the fundraising efforts of someone you know. On our new community giving page, you can host your own events and run your own campaigns.

ENDOWED GIFTS 
Donors who wish to make a donation that will have long-term and ongoing impact often consider contributing to or creating an endowment fund. In an endowment, the principal is invested in perpetuity and the interest earned annually is distributed in the form of awards or bursaries. TRIBUTE/MEMORIAL GIFTS 
Establishing a named endowment or student award is a wonderful way to honour an occasion (e.g., retirement, anniversary, or birthday) or to create a memorial for someone special in your life. The George Brown College Foundation can help you set up an endowment or multi-year student award to pay tribute to someone you know.

GIFTS OF STOCKS OR SECURITIES

BEQUESTS
Making a gift to the College through your will or life insurance policy is a thoughtful way to create a legacy for future generations. You can make a sizable contribution in the future without burdening your estate now.
