Mission StatementGeorge Brown College Foundation, established in 1984, is the primary fundraising vehicle for the College. The mission of the Foundation is to support George Brown College and its commitment to excellence in teaching and learning and to further the career and life-long goals of its students.
GBC Foundation is an incorporated registered charity and is guided by a volunteer Board of Directors from the corporate and community sectors. Donors include alumni, corporate partners and foundation friends as well as students, faculty and staff. All contributions ensure that George Brown College can provide students with the tools and skills to succeed and support the economic, cultural and social well-being of Toronto and the surrounding region. GBC Foundation accepts contributions of cash, cheques, gifts of stock, and deferred gifts including proceeds from life insurance policies and bequests.
