Student Emergency Fund The funds to support this bursary fund come from the tuition fees paid by all full-time students. The program is designed to assist students who have been placed in serious financial difficulty due to sudden and unexpected situations such as fire, theft, death, accident, etc. Applications are available through the Financial Assistance Office, the Counselling Offices or Student Life Office. Return completed applications to the Financial Assistance Office. The bursaries are non-repayable but are subject to tax depending on amount.
