Biography

Professor Zhuang joined the faculty for the Centre for Construction and Engineering Technologies in 2007.  She holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Toronto and obtained her undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering at Hunan University, China.  She specializes in Construction Estimating and Cost Management. In a span of 15 years, she gained a variety of construction management experience, having worked for contractors, real estate developers, engineering and cost consulting firms. Professor Zhuang has a solid knowledge in estimating construction works in both the design and construction stages of residential and ICI projects.
