How to Apply
1. Register
Register at the Student Service Counter at 200 King Street East, lower level, 8:30 to 4:30 Monday through Friday.
To register, pay your tuition fee ($594) and bring your landed immigrant documents or citizen card. If you are a REFUGEE CLAIMANT, please bring your NOTICE OF DECISION document.

2. Take the Placement Test
Once you have registered, you must take a placement test to determine your level of English proficiency before you begin the ESL program. You will be given a test time upon registration.
