Ask Alisher Ernazarov to define success and he will tell you the classic immigrant tale. A young man comes to a new country with a strong desire to integrate and quickly does so. At 25, Alisher left his family and friends in Uzbekistan – a country where he saw no future for himself – to immigrate to Toronto. Now, three years later, he is working in a bank and improving his English skills. All the while, he’s laying the foundation, planning to run his own business one day.
