ECE First Year students starting in September 2009 Intake

All First Year students currently registered in the School of Early Childhood Education Program must bring their completed medical immunization records, Field Placement Clearance Form and a valid Ontario Education Services Corporation (OESC) ID card (see forms below) on Friday, September 4th, 2009 (Orientation day).

It is your responsibility to complete all the medical immunization requirements and ensure that your Field Placement Clearance Form is properly completed, signed and stamped by your doctor or physician. Please note that all Early Childhood Education students are no longer required to book any appointment at ParaMed, and they are no longer required to see the College’s Occupational Health Nurse provider.

Failure to provide the above requirements on Orientation day, will exclude you from being eligible for field placement.
