Trevor RitchieGeorge Brown College Chef School produces another winner as grad wins awards at prestigious culinary skills competition

Trevor Ritchie, a Waterloo, Ontario, native and recent graduate of George Brown’s renowned Chef School, has won two cooking medals in the post-secondary division at the 2007 Canada skills competition in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

With a gold medal win at the provincial level, Ritchie gained entry into the national competition and placed in second among some of the best culinary arts students in the country.
