Eating Our Words

On the evening of Tuesday December 6th, 2005 George Brown Chef School played host to a truly delicious literary panel. Canada's culinary luminaries gathered for an evening to discuss the tricks of the writerly trade. Panelists for the evening included James Chatto, Naomi Duguid & Jeffrey Alford, Gina Mallet, Elizabeth Baird, John Allemang, Bonnie Stern, and Marion Kane. The evening's moderator was the intelligent and affable Ian Brown of Globe & Mail and TVO fame.
