Recognition Program
Are you looking for an opportunity to:

- Contribute to the continued growth of George
Brown College
The Dean's Recognition program has been designed
to provide students with the opportunity to learn
outside of the classroom, while contributing to the
success of the Faculty of Hospitality & Tourism.
Students who volunteer for this program will be
required to assist with a minimum of 4 different
functions throughout the academic year (like Orientation,
Student Awards, and other industry events) in order
to successfully complete the program.
Each Student enrolled in the program will receive:
- Dean's certificate of participation
- Letter of reference

in the City
including "Knorr Ready, Set, Cook & Win". February 28th – March
1st, 2006. The Ready, Set, Cook & Win competition has
been expanded to a 2-day event with a new culinary and hospitality focus -

College will be hosting the Lindt & Sprungli
Sponsored Student Competition. There are
two categories of competition: Advanced Level
Patissier and Baking and Pastry Arts.
Students from several colleges
will have an opportunity to demonstrate their skill
in preparing cakes, plated desserts, pralines,
and cookies, squares or bars.
