Chef Trevor Ritchie, under the guidance of his Executive Chef and mentor James Olberg of Queens Landing Hotel, finished in first place with a gold medal and the Memorial Trophy at the WACS Hans Bueschkens Junior Culinary Challenge, which took place at the WACS Congress in Santiago, Chile on Wednesday January 27, 2010.
