The Canadian Institute for Advanced Culinary Arts will be launched within the Chef School to meet the continuous need for life long learning and career growth of the industry.

The over 9,000 restaurants and 200 hotels in Toronto are just the beginning for our graduates. A career in cooking can take you anywhere in the world. In Canada and internationally, skilled chefs are hugely in demand. There are over 470,000 cooks and chefs in Canada, and more than 55,000 in Toronto alone!

The Chef School focuses on creating the best cooks, chefs, bakers, and pastry chefs. Our talented, experienced faculty is dedicated to helping you begin or continue to build a rewarding career.

You'll get the right combination of hands-on learning in modern facilities, special culinary elective courses, and other important career success skills such as communications, computer training, and critical thinking. Our wine and bar labs, in-house restaurant, and "smart" classrooms are all part of our state-of-the-art facility.
