Italian Culinary Arts Program

The Italian Culinary Arts Postgraduate Program at George Brown College offers the learning opportunity of a lifetime. It is Toronto’s only international program of study that offers one semester abroad, which includes time at ALMA, the world-famous Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana, near Parma, Italy.
