At our 300 Adelaide Street East location, we recently built an 18,000-square-foot addition and completely renovated 22,000 square feet of new learning space. At this facility, you’ll receive the kind of creative, hands-on training you need to work in today’s innovative restaurants and hotels. The facilities at 300 Adelaide include:
- Twelve cooking and pastry labs all fitted with industry quality equipment and multimedia support
- New interactive smart classrooms, a computer learning facility and student project space where you can work in teams with other students.
Our exciting research facility – The Compliments Culinary Centre, designed and run as a strategic alliance with Sobey’s Inc. – features a production test kitchen where product research is done. Culinary Arts students can complete their externships in this impressive facility.
