Financial Consultant

 In this role, you will be required to manage phone calls using appropriate telephone practices and etiquette; demonstrate effective use of office equipment, e.g. photocopier, fax; receives and respond to e-mail and voicemail messages; handle document filing and department filing responsibly. In addition to working with the team leader for any scheduling of hours of work and you will also be responsible for client chargeable and firm chargeable time entry. As a key member of the Payroll team, the Payroll Clerk is responsible for processing payroll, time and labour processing and benefits functions for an assigned client group of approximately 500 included and excluded employees. The incumbent is also responsible for maintaining pay related records, verifying and editing time records, calculating and processing payroll transactions.
