  • Host of Christine Cushing Live, a nightly, hour-long interactive television cooking show, now in its third season on Food Network Canada.
  • Celebrity chef for the 2003 and 2004 Milk Calendars, published by the Dairy Farmers of Ontario.
  • Author of two best-selling cookbooks, Fearless in the Kitchen, published in 2002, and Dish It Out, published in 2000.
  • Volunteer spokesperson for the Kitchen Aid Cook for the Cure campaign raising funds for breast cancer.
  • Host of Dish It Out television cooking show for three seasons on Life Network.
  • Ran successful business as freelance chef, caterer, cooking teacher and food stylist and developed recipes for Gusto magazine.
  • Pastry chef, Scaramouche restaurant.
  • Graduated top of her class at L'Ecole de Cuisine La Varenne cooking school in Paris, France, 1990.

Social/community contribution

  • Volunteer spokesperson for KitchenAid's Cook for the Cure campaign to raise funds for breast cancer initiatives.
  • Participates in charity events for a variety of causes.
  • Acts as emcee and attends many events involving the Greek community.
  • Each year, she and her family provide Christmas for a family from a North York women's shelter.
