Christine Cushing is the host of the popular cooking show Christine Cushing Live, now in its fourth season on Food Network Canada, and the author of two best-selling cookbooks. A native of Greece, Cushing grew up with a love for cooking, even starting her own small business in high school, making cakes for restaurants. She left university linguistic studies to pursue her passion for cooking at George Brown. After college, she studied culinary arts in Paris. Cushing is now working on her third cookbook and launching her own line of specialty food products. She is also a voluntary spokesperson for a national breast cancer research campaign.
