Collecting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is a collaborative effort between Ontario's 24 colleges of applied arts and technology and the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities. Five KPI areas are being studied: (1) graduate employment, (2) graduate satisfaction, (3) employer satisfaction, (4) student satisfaction, (5) graduation rate. Results from the first three KPI (graduate employment, graduate satisfaction, employer satisfaction) are used as the basis for performance funding from the province.
