Culinary Management (Integrated Learning)
Program

Industry Partner Profiles
This letter will serve to confirm, on behalf of Park Hyatt Toronto,
my interest in supporting the Culinary Management (Integrated
Learning) Diploma program as outlined by George Brown College.
I believe that the gap in training for cooks who have completed
their Cook Apprenticeship remains a stumbling block for
many. The expectations in the workplace for a Culinary
Professional often exceed the level of training available to
meet these
expectations.
I believe that programs such as the Culinary Management
(Integrated Learning) Diploma program will be instrumental in
filling
the gap.
The Culinary Profession has grown tremendously in recent years
and higher levels of culinary education, with the support of
the Industry will allow this trend to continue.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact
me at 416-324-1571.
