COMPUTER SKILLS CHALLENGE TESTING
Students newly accepted to programs that include courses COMP1082, COMP1109 or COMP1092, Computer Skills and Applications will be invited
to take an optional Challenge Test in basic computing. The Challenge Test covers basic Microsoft applications, and is open to newly accepted
students only. One attempt is allowed, and results are final.
Students who take and pass the computer skills Challenge Test will receive a grade of Passed (P) on their transcripts. Those who do not
take the Challenge Test, or who take it but do not pass, will take the COMP1082, COMP1109, or COMP1092 course as part of their regular program.
