VPN Access

These instructions outline how to connect to the College’s network from offsite, using a Virtual Private Network (VPN). With a VPN account, and the installation of VPN client software on your home computer, you have a secure, encrypted connection to the College network.

If you do not already have a VPN account, ask your manager to request one for you through Insite. If you are a contractor who does not yet have a network User Name and Password, ask your College manager to request one for you. (Employees are automatically provisioned a network User Name and Password.) Help with using your User Name and Password is available.

Note:  VPN client software is provided as a courtesy, but is not supported by the College. Windows 7, Vista and Mac are not currently supported.

The screen images shown here are examples. Your displays may vary, depending how your computer has been configured.
